doctors

First off  i want to put it out there that i hate western med reason being because i think they make entirely to much money off people. I think it is because they target the symptoms not the cause so there for the never really fix your problem they just give you a fix and then wait for you to return. I appaud there game but i refuse to fall for it think about it wall street makes billions of you being sick do you think it is really in there best interest for you to be anything but sick. Well, on with my story my girl talks me into going to the doc because i have been having these nose bleeds every morning. I go to urgent care because that is the only place i could be seen at that time, i wait in the waiting for two hours, get called in the office wait another 20 minutes, finally the doc comes in talk to me for all of ten minutes give me two types of medicines to take than sends me on my way. I am thinking that was quick then i go to cvs to pick up my drugs opps i mint medicines go to the cashier and she says after the insurance paid there part you pay $111.00. I say damn, if two pills cost me $111 i hate to see what that tens cost me at the doctors office has anybody give these guys the memo that we are in a recession.

Today, I just got some bad news that a good friend of mine will be leaving  my home town cleveland for florida in january . While i can't say i did not see it coming it was still kind of sad my friends stage name name is garbs infinite. Garbs Infinite is a great producer/promoter/Emcee/radio show host and what ever else you can think of, i met this guy back in 06 at a show i was performing at and he was very supportive for the start. I run into a lot of people at show some grow to be fans, some friends, some part of the team... and then there are those who just what a hand out . you can always tell who is who because here is something about the way they carry themselves the folks that trying to get rich normally name drop, talk about how much money they getting, or with in the first 30 seconds pressure you into buying there album... or t shirts, video services, or whatever. I personally believe that before anyone will buy something from you must either build a relationship with them or give them a sample of what you have to offer. I don't like slick talkers, "hustlers" because I always like they trying to use a person. I am all for collaborations, but i enjoy working with people i first respect, "not hear" but see they on there grind, and can see myself doing business with long term. Garbs was from the start humble, and even though his stomach was on E he still didn't hound me for work. I worked with dude because i respected his movement. As much as i hate to see this grinder got it is for the best because i know he is going to show his ass in florida make it pop them bring it back to the city. This city needs more cats like garbs that are really out to help each other in this city. In the words of Garbs "if you support your city your city will support you" cleveland we have lost another solider due to this crab in a bucket bullshit.
